As one of the sites for Beijing Olympic Games 2008, the stadium gives expression to "Green, Technology, Humanism" of our Olympic concepts by its design idea. Its over 300-meter long roofing was built with AST roofing system, which looks like a crown with shining crystal - the AST-65 vertical overlocked Al-Mn-Mg alloy roofing panels.
