This project won 2006 Luban Award of Construction Project. Its total area reaches 30,000 sq.m., the length of a single sector panel is up to 104 meters. Work on it was completed at early 2008 when Weihai was hit by a hundred-year heavy snow, the snow depth was as deep as 70 cm. AST-65 roofing system successfully went through the fierce test, no any leakage occurred under the heave snow pressure. The painstaking efforts of Hangzhou Gopure conquered difficulties one after another and built a permanent splendor for Weihai, the city at Bohai Bay.
